Our Standard Warranty is as follows: Xiotech-branded Hardware and Software Support is 3 years, 24 X 7, 4-hour response. Additional software coverage may also be purchased with our XPERTcare program. Phone Support is 3 years, 24 X 7 and Active Watch is 3 years, 24 X 7. We have 9 Technical Account Managers in our Service Center, and they all have access to all required tools and customer information. All Technical Account Managers are accessible by calling our toll-free number, 1-800-734-4716. Our Service Center is open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on regular business days, excluding weekends and holiday. We provide service at all other hours by a call answering service that sends a page to the Technical Account Manager on duty. Guarantee Statement Xiotech agrees to make available equivalent replacement parts for products sold to the state for at least 3 years after a product is discontinued. |
